Abundance Mindfulness

What is abundance? Abundance is having a large quantity of something. It is different than being overloaded. When I think of abundance I feel secure that whatever the thing is I am not concerned that I will run out of it. I am not burdened by it and it is not a stress factor for me.

“There is a lie that acts like a virus within the mind of humanity. And that lie is, ‘There’s not enough good to go around. There’s lack and there’s limitation and there’s just not enough.’

The truth is that there’s more than enough good to go around. There is more than enough creative ideas. There is more than enough power. There is more than enough love. There’s more than enough joy. All of this begins to come through a mind that is aware of its own infinite nature.

There is enough for everyone. If you believe it, if you can see it, if you act from it, it will show up for you. That’s the truth.”

  1. I welcome unlimited abundance into my life.
  2. I am worthy and deserving of financial abundance.
  3. Abundance in all forms flows to me easily and continually.

Three Ways I Am Abundant

A writing exercise

List three things, in your journal, that prove you are abundant in a variety of areas including finance, love, joy, success, etc. For example, I received a gift today. I was able to buy coffee. I found money. I received a hug. I had a good bell laugh with a friend.

To receive more abundance, you need to feel abundant already. Through the law of attraction you will attract more of what you think and feel. A focus on lack will produce more lack. Focus on what you have and what you have to give and watch the abundance flow.

You are welcome to download the picture and color it as you meditate on the written words. Coloring and meditation have similar health benefits.
